All consultation fees paid to JTalks are non-refundable. Once payment is made and the booking is confirmed, the consultation fee of ₹499 cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled consultation, you may request a reschedule by contacting us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Rescheduling is subject to availability and can be done once per booking.
If you fail to attend your scheduled consultation without prior notice, the session will be considered completed and no refund or reschedule will be offered.
